Dusk Over Pier

A late Winters afternoon and the Ice on this small river had not moved all day. With the setting of the sun the sound of cracks and pops now comes from the river as the cold increases and the Ice grows once again. If it looks cold, it was! With the camera mounted on a tridop I waited over an hour for the light, or the lack of light to arrive.
